Installing french drains and replacing a 6-inch crushed pipe at 448 Barretts Mill Road; replacing an existing 6-inch pipe with a 12-inch pipe under Barretts Mill Road; replacing an existing pipe; installing an 18-inch pipe within a proposed drain easement at 449 Barretts Mill Road; installing six drain manholes for maintenance purposes to a drainage system; reshaping drainage ditch side slopes; and associated work area in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Assabet River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

The project consists of constructing a second-story addition above an existing garage and installing a foundation to an existing connector between the condominium unit and garage to construct a back stairway and landing to provide access to the new addition from the first floor of the condominium unit within Vernal Pool Habitat and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

The project consists of tree removal along the driveway, portions of which work is within Vernal Pool Habitat associated with Ponds 4 and 5 and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands around Ponds 4 and 5; and tree removal at the southern side of the 7th fairway within the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Jenny Dugan Brook and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

The project consists of an after-the-fact filing for the installation of two fieldstone walls along the banks of an existing drainage ditch, removing 10 trees, associated grading and installing a stone patio to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling; additional work to be included consists of landscaping and reseeding along the fieldstone walls; installing a 10-foot by 12-foot prefabricated wood shed on blocks or footings; installing a prefabricated wood bridge over the existing drainage ditch; installing a wooden prefabricated swingset and replacing an existing
