Water Service Update - Feb. 20, 2013 9:10 A.M.
If you have low pressure, no water, or discolored water, it is likely due to the completion of water main repairs being performed on Monument Street near the intersection of Carr Road.

Due to the location and nature of this break, the disturbance will be limited to Monument Street and all side streets north of Carr Road
(Click Here for Map)  Repair activities should be completed within several hours.

After the repairs are completed, some of our customers may experience brown water. If you are seeing brown water, we recommend running the cold water for 5 minutes to clear the line into your home. If the water doesn’t become clear after 5 minutes, shut if off and wait one hour for the distrurbance to settle or pass, and then try again.

If you encounter an emergency situation, please phone the Police Department at 318-3400 and they will get in touch with us directly.

If you have questions or concerns, please call 978-318-3250 and leave a message with your name, address and telephone number.
The Water & Sewer Division's  normal operating hours are Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Concord Public Works appreciates your patience.
