All Concord residents are invited to participate in the Healthy Concord survey.
The Town of Concord has embarked on a healthy community planning project to assess the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and overall well-being of our community. The project is working to identify Concord’s existing assets and resources, define our residents’ needs, and determine opportunities for improvement. We hope to receive feedback from as many residents as possible about what they think would make Concord a healthier place to live and work.
A link to the on- line survey may also be found on the THRIVE: Healthy Concord webpage by going to the Town of Concord Homepage; look under Links for Residents and choose Healthy Communities Planning Project.

Or, residents may Google: Thrive Healthy Concord to find the webpage.
Paper copies of the survey will also be available at both libraries, Hunt Gym, the Beede Center, COA and the Town House.
