FOR WATER BOTTLE BYLAW
The Attorney General has extended the 90-day period for reviewing Concord’s proposed Water Bottle Bylaw by 45 days. The decision was originally anticipated to arrive by August 2nd. Since September 16th is a Sunday, the decision is anticipated to arrive no later than Monday, September 17.
The Attorney General and Town Counsel William Lahey jointly agreed to the extension in order to provide sufficient time for review and discussion of any conflict between Article 32 and the Constitution or laws of the Commonwealth.
