Pavement improvements planned by the Mass Dept. of Transportation on the Route 2 Rotary from the old RR crossing west of the rotary through the rotary to the Assabet River Bridge (east of the State Police barracks) originally scheduled to begin on Sunday, July 15 has been delayed to Monday, July 16th and will continue through Thursday, July 19 from 8 P.M. through 5 A.M.
Monday and Wednesday will have traffic delays, and Tuesday and Thursday Route Two traffic will be detoured around the rotary circle so Commonwealth Ave, Barretts Mill Road, and Elm St (2A) will not be accessible via the rotary.
