In compliance with Chapter 40, Section 56 of M.G. L. the Board of Assessors has conducted a comprehensive reassessment of all classes of properties in the Town of Concord, Massachusetts. This action was undertaken to comply with that section of the law that requires triennial certification of property values.
The proposed Fiscal year 2012 valuations are available for taxpayer review in the Assessor’s Office, on the Town’s website by clicking here, at the Concord Public Library, the Fowler Library, Harvey Wheeler Community Center and the Town House. The Assessor’s Office would also be happy to print you your property record card and mail it to you.
These valuations are pending preliminary certification approval by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and are subject to change. The public review will run Friday November 4, 2011 to Monday November 14, 2011.
The goal of the Board of Assessors is to value properties as equitably and consistently as possible. Please review your information and if you have questions visit the Assessing Office at 24 Court Lane, or call 978-318-3070 during business hours 8:30 a.m. - 4:3O p.m. Monday-Friday.
