The Concord COA cordially invites all Concord veterans and their spouses to attend our annual VETERANS DAY BREAKFAST on November 10th at 9:00 a.m. Veterans Day is the day that we as a country honor ALL American veterans, both living and dead. In fact, Veterans Day is largely intended to thank LIVING veterans for dedicated and loyal service to their country. November 11 of each year is the day that we ensure veterans know that we deeply appreciate the sacrifices they have made to keep our country free.
Concord is fortunate to have over 1,000 veterans living here. Our program to honor them will be emceed by Ray Snay, who served in Korea. Ray will lead us in a discussion of service stories. Dick Krug, Concord’s Veteran Services Officer and a veteran himself, will bring us up to date on what services are provided by both federal and state governments. Please bring a healthy appetite: The COA will be serving a delicious breakfast.
The breakfast is free of charge to all veterans and their spouses. Please call 978-318-3020 to sign up for this memorable day!
