If you experienced low pressure or discolored water last night or this morning, it is likely attributed to an emergency water main break which was identified in the early evening. The problem was isolated by 9:30 PM last night.
If you are seeing brown or discolored water, we recommend running your cold water for 5 minutes to clear the line into your home. If the water doesn’t become clear in 5 minutes, shut it off and wait one hour for the disturbance to settle or pass, and then try again.
