The Concord Finance Department has recently completed a telephone survey of 375 randomly-selected Concord residents. The purpose of the survey was to gather data on residents’ opinions on issues affecting Concord and this information will be used to assist the Town in determining how to better provide governmental services in the future. To insure anonymity of the respondents, the Town used a professional polling firm named Pacific Market Research to make the phone calls and solicit opinions.
