This Public Notice is to inform citizens that Concord Light will begin construction of the Smart Grid Phase 1 network on October 12, 2010. Citizens can click here to refer to the Concord Light website for scheduling information, a listing of streets affected in each phase, and to monitor the progress
of the Smart Grid project.
