Dear Zone C Neighbor,
Concord Residence C Zoning District Task Force will be recommending changes to the Zoning Bylaw that will affect your property and all other properties in Zone C. Some of the issues we are discussing include building size, building height, setbacks, open space, and raised property elevations. These changes may be voted on at the 2011 Town Meeting.
How do you know if you are in the Residence C Zoning District? You are most likely in the Residence C Zoning District if you live close to one of the village centers and your lot is small (less than 20,000 sq. ft. in area). You can check the zoning map on the Town’s website or by checking the Assessor’s data for your address using the WebGIS icon on the front page at www.concordma.gov.
