On 9/28/2010 detectives from the Concord Police Department executed a search warrant
at a residence in Malden. This was in connection to a housebreak that occurred earlier in the day in Concord. Recovered during the execution of the search warrant were a number of jewelry pieces that were stolen during housebreaks that occurred in a number of surrounding communities.
The suspect wanted in connection with the Concord housebreak is identified as:
William Hayes of Malden, DOB 12/11/73. Hayes was positively identified and an arrest warrant has been issued for him. Hayes is also a person of interest in similar crimes in the Metrowest area.
