Meteorologists have given Concord the following assessment:
· Rain should begin after 12 noon and end by 6 AM Saturday. At this time rainfall totals forecast is 1 to 2 inches.
· Elevated wind velocity will last from 6 PM today through Mid Day Saturday. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 35 mph are expected.
As always circumstances could change but at this late juncture this seems to be the probable expectation.
