UPDATE 10/08/2009
(As a sad conclusion to the Missing Person Report appearing below, Richard Nethercut's body was found Tuesday in the Town of Acton. Any questions in this matter may be referred to the Concord Police Department.)
Richard Nethercut was last seen late Saturday afternoon (09-19-2009) and has not been heard from since. Mr. Nethercut vehicle a 2001 Ford Taurus sedan, MA Reg 3547WK, was located by the Acton Police on Saturday 09/26/2009 at the Davis Road Conservation area. Since the discovery police have conducting an extensive ground search of the conservation land. Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Dick Nethercut, or any information at all regarding friends he may have that we are not aware of yet, etc. please call the Concord Police at (978) 318.3400.
