A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at the Town House in the Hearing Room at 22 Monument Square, Concord, Mass. at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the proposed Wetlands Bylaw that will be on the warrant for Town Meeting approval in 2009.
