This is a Town-Wide Program for Concord Citizens of all ages.
The COA and the Board of Health have joined forces!
The town of Concord is on the road to good health!
Everyone is welcome! All programs are free, with the exception
of exercise classes. Programs will run from Sept. ’08 to May ‘09
· There will be monthly, daytime and nighttime educational programs.
· Full, monthly health screenings: BP, blood sugar, cholesterol, weight and BMI (body mass index).
· Aerobics, Strength & Flex, Yoga classes, Tai Chi and Tone with Weights
· Weekly walking group

Shop Smart for you Heart - This is an American Heart Association program. We will take a tour of Crosby's Market with Marianne Heffrin, nutritionist, who will explain how the program works. This program takes all the guess work out of reading labels. You will get to enjoy many tasty samples.
