Temporary Food Events
The Concord Health Department requires that all temporary food events that are open to the public be reviewed and permitted.   An Application for Temporary Food Service Establishment must be submitted to the Health Department for review at least two weeks prior to the event.



OPTION A - Licensed Churches, Temples, or Community Facilities
The Health Department has provided guidelines specific to their location, please consult that facility for permitting requirements. Ask to speak with the “person in charge” of food events.  They will be able to assist you further.

OPTION B
For all other Temporary Food Events (i.e., an outdoor event or an event being held in a non-specific space), please submit an "Application for Temporary Food Service Establishment" to the Health Department.  Click the link above to download the form.  

Please note that a Certified Food Protection Manager may be required in some instances to oversee safe food preparation.
