The Community Services Coordinator is designated to assist families and individuals in Concord and Carlisle with information, referrals and assistance. This part-time position was established in late 2004 by the Concord Town Manager's Office with a grant from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest.

The Good Neighbor Energy Fund sponsored by the Salvation Army is taking applications for the 2015 heating season. This program is specifically for those having a gross annual income between 60%-80% of the State Median Income Level. Income guidelines will be the key determining factor. SMALL GRANT PROGRAM
The Concord Housing Development Corporation is accepting applications for the SMALL GRANTS PROGRAM, designed to provide assistance to Concord residents to make repairs and alterations to their homes for safety and health reasons.
The grant assists home owners with home repairs up to $3000.00 with no obligation to repay.
Applications will be evaluated and prioritized based on health and safety considerations and financial need of the applicant.
Grants are awarded three times per year.
