Our Lady Help of Christians
I was pleased to have the opportunity to work with the Selectmen and a citizens group to successfully conclude a three-party agreement that led to the purchase of the former Our Lady Help of Christians Church in West Concord by another church group. The agreement will ensure that one of West Concord's architectural gems will be preserved and that the greenspace adjacent to the church will remain open and vegetated. This was a wonderful public-private partnership that advanced the interests of all parties.
