The Park & Tree Division has been utilizing an organic weed killer, Weed Pharm,
for controlling crab grass and weeds at the baseball fields. An alternative to
traditional synthetic products such as Roundup, Weed Pharm is a food grade
organic acid that has proved to be highly effective in controlling crab grass and
herbaceous weeds.
