The Special Services Division is headed by Lieutenant Roy Mulcahy who oversees the Special Services Division (Detective Unit and Police Prosecutor), Community Services Officer (which includes School Resource Officer, DARE, Elder Affairs,and Juveniles), Information Technology Officer, Facility Management and Communications Equipment
The Special Services Division also oversees many of the programs that the Concord Police Department supports or collaborates in.
