Plus you'll help reduce the need to burn fossil fuels to produce the electricity. For example, over its life a 15w
fluorescent, which replaces a 60w incandescent, will save the equivalent of 30 gals of oil.
Concord Light encourages the use of energy efficient products. In fact, we'll credit your account up to $5 when you buy a compact fluorescent screw-in bulb or exit sign kit. Residential customers may receive rebates for up to thirty (30) bulbs or exit signs. Commercial customers may receive rebates for up to sixty (60) bulbs or exit signs. Just fill out and mail back the rebate form along with your sales receipt and we'll take care of the rest.
And don't forget to recycle your used compact fluorescent bulbs at the CPW or here at the light plant!
