Life support equipment
If someone in your home relies on life support equipment operated by electricity, please let us know. We will include you on our confidential list of those customers with a critical health condition who depend on electricity for life support equipment or appliances.
Concord Light will attempt to restore power on a priority basis for customers on our Critical Health Need for Electricity list. However, we strongly recommend you have a backup plan since no utility can guarantee that you'll have electricity available 24 hours per day for 365 days. Your back up plan for power might be a battery-operated system, a generator, or an uninterruptible power supply. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours of backup power. You should also keep emergency and physician phone numbers in an easily-accessible location.
If you have any questions about the life support list, or you have a critical health condition requiring electricity to power life support systems and you would like to be put on our confidential list, call Carole Hilton at 978-318-3158 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
