Parking Permits for the West Concord MBTA commuter parking lot are available to Concord residents whose vehicle is registered in Concord. Permits are sold in the Treasurer's Office in the Town House at 22 Monument Square during normal business hours.
Semi-annual permits will be sold for the periods April 1 through September 30, and October 1 through March 31. The cost of a semi-annual permit is $50.00.
The permit enables Concord residents to park all day in the unnumbered spaces in the lot. Each permit is valid for one or two cars. It must be hung from the rear-view mirror.
Concord residents may purchase the semi-annual permit at the Town House Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Proof of residence (motor vehicle registration) and the registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) must be shown.
