7:00 p.m. Discussion with Regional Housing Services Office staff to establish eligibility criteria for Concord moderate income housing units.
7:15 p.m. Site Plan Review under Zoning Bylaw Section 11.8 to consider the application of Middlesex School to construct a new music and campus center and make related site improvements at 1400 Lowell Road, Parcel 1533.
7:30 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Concord Academy for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Zoning Bylaw Sections 220.127.116.11, 6.2.11, 11.6, and 11.8 to renovate the existing Science Center, construct a 19,500 s.f. addition, make related site improvements and use of temporary classroom trailers at 166 Main Street, Parcel 1706.
7:45 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of 383 Cambridge Turnpike LLC for a Special Permit under Sections 10 and 11.6 of the Zoning Bylaw for a 5-unit Planned Residential Development at 385-405 Cambridge Turnpike (Parcels 4101-1, 4101-2, 4101-3).
