7:30 p.m. Discussion of Potential 2016 Annual Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendments for: Agricultural Exemptions, Combined Business/Residence, Limited Business District #2 Dimensional Regulations; Planned Residential Development – Diversity of Dwelling Units; Flood Plain Conservancy District; Site Plan Review for religious uses, educational uses, and child care facilities; Two-family or additional dwelling unit; Residence C FAR; and expansion of Hubbardville Historic District
