7:00 p.m.       Site Plan Review:  Application of KW Concord LLC under Zoning Bylaw Section 11.8, to renovate the existing hotel and construct a 2,241 s.f. restaurant with indoor and patio seating at 740 Elm Street, Parcel 1897 (The Applicant has requested a continuance.)

7:30 p.m.       Discussion of Potential 2016 Annual Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendments for: Agricultural Exemptions, Combined Business/Residence, Limited Business District #2 Dimensional Regulations; Planned Residential Development – Diversity of Dwelling Units; Flood Plain Conservancy District; Site Plan Review for religious uses, educational uses, and child care facilities; Two-family or additional dwelling unit; Residence C FAR; and expansion of Hubbardville Historic District
