7:30 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Abode Builders New England, Inc. for a Special Permit, under Sections 6.3.4, 7.5, 10.3, and 11.6, for a 25-unit Alternative Planned Residential Development at 8 and 9X Forest Ridge Road (Parcels # 2970-1-8 & 2970-1-1)
7:45 p.m. Review of Preliminary Subdivision Plan #240: Application of Symes Development and Permitting LLC for a 19-lot Preliminary Subdivision Plan “Black Horse Place” on 46.5 acres off Commerford and Annursnac Hill Roads; 140 & 14B Commerford Road and 41X, 51X, 53A, 58X, & 61X Annursnac Hill Road (Parcels 1976-1, 1977, 1978-1, 1978-2, 1980-19, 2000-15, 2000-15-1).
