8:00 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of WES Realty LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval under Sections 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 11.6 & 11.8 for a second floor addition and relief from parking requirements at 101 Commonwealth Avenue.
9:00 p.m. Public Hearing: in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sections 9 & 11 and Sections 5.3.18 and 11.6 of the Zoning Bylaw to consider the Common Driveway Special Permit application of KPH Realty LLC to allow the construction of a common driveway to serve up to three house lots on land located at 368 – 374 Sudbury Road (Parcel 471).
Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of KPF Realty LLC for a Special Permit under Section 6.3.3 of the Zoning Bylaw for a Special Permit lot for reduced frontage and setbacks to preserve historic structure at 368 – 374 Sudbury Road (Parcel 471).
