7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Common Driveway Special Permit Extension
Per M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sections 9 & 11 and Concord Zoning Bylaw Sections 5.3.18 and 11.6, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the request of Symes Development & Permitting LLC and Concord Pastures LLC for a two-year time extension of the Common Driveway Special Permit granted by the Planning Board and filed with the Town Clerk on May 7, 2009 to allow the construction of a common driveway to serve two lots on land located at 140 and 14B Commerford Road.
7:30 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Trevor Hayden, on behalf of Cheryl MacDonald, for a Special Permit, under Sections 2.3.4 and 11.6, to extend the existing Residence C Zoning District boundary line 30’ into the West Concord Industrial Zoning District at 39 Winthrop Street.
