        a.      Updated Charts – see attached
                i.      Two items that were inadvertently omitted:
                        1.      Filling vacancy of moderator
                        2.      Housekeeping charter amendments proposed by 2006 Bylaw Recodification Committee
                ii.     Any other comments on charts
                        1.      Clarify vote on super-petition/ballot recommendation

        b.      New Draft of Final Report to be circulated on Monday, July 28
                i.      Incorporating proposed edits and suggestions for reorganizing and shortening the report received from Mr. Wilkins, Mr. Stevens, Mr. Swaim, Mr. Piper, and Mr. Perry.  Ms Tekle and Ms Schnitzer are processing these and will do their best to address.   
                ii.     Edited sections (by chair) on Ethics and Super petition article to reflect discussion and votes of last week.  

        c.      Substantive Discussion on Report
                i.      Mr. Wilkins would like to discuss the Recall section
                ii.     Any other substantive comments

5.      Letter to Selectmen and Trustees of Town Donations (re: Hugh Cargill Trust & Silent Fund)
