1.      Open Meeting (7:00)

2.      Septic Betterment Program (7:00-7:05)

3.      Designation of Burial Agent for Town of Concord (7:05-7:15)
•       State Registry of Vital Records & Statistics has requested a formal designation from Concord BOH to assign a Burial Agent for Town

4.      Board Calendar & Minutes (7:15-7:20)

5.      Discussion – Tobacco Product Regulations
               & General Administrative Procedures (7:20-8:00)
                •       Discuss and finalize proposed revisions to current BOH Tobacco Product Regulations
                o       CBHR: Sale of Tobacco Products and Nicotine Delivery Products
                o       CBHR 1.00 General Administrative Procedures
                       Amend & Update Table of Fines to accurately reflect current regulations
                •       Review Draft Concord Journal Article
                •       Review Calendar for possible public hearing dates, publications, notifications for regulation changes

6.      Discussion – Presentation of Tobacco Proposal (8:00-8:30)
                •       Dr. Lester Hartman, MD, MPH - Tobacco21; Dr. Jonathan Winickoff, Harvard Medical School of Pediatrics
                o       Presentation & Discussion relative to raising the tobacco purchase age to 21
                •       DJ Wilson, Massachusetts Municipal Association and/or Cheryl Sbarra, Esq MAHB, Tobacco Control Program Director
                o       Available to provide statewide public health perspective & answer questions

7.      Staff Reports (8:30-8:45)
                •       Proposed revised Dog Bylaw – staff will review what is being proposed for Town Meeting
                •       Results of Tobacco Compliance Checks from Concord Retailers

8.      Adjournment (8:45)


Public Hearings will NOT begin prior to the scheduled time.  However, allotted times for hearing are approximate and may run over; the Board reserves the right to continue and/or adjust agenda accordingly.
