REVISED MEETING AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. At 7:30 P.M., unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled public hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Continued Public Hearings:
Concord Cookware on behalf of Spaulding Management, 13 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for signage
Concord Firehouse LLC, 24-26-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for lighting and to amend rear door design
New Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – Town of Concord, 9B Lexington Road and 2B Heywood Street, American Mile Historic District, to restore and remove stone walls, install stairs, and reconstruct sidewalks at Heywood Meadow
7:35 P.M. – Town of Concord, Monument Square & portions of Walden Street, Main Street, and Lexington Road, American Mile, Main Street, & Monument Square/North Bridge Historic Districts, to replace 45 light fixtures
7:40 P.M. – Town of Concord & Concord Academy, 122-228 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, to install light fixtures in front of 122-228 Main Street
7:45 P.M. – Mariann A. Shiel, 7 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, to remove and/or replace gutter
7:50 P.M. – Kate Galusza, 276 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, to amend previously approved door colors
7:55 P.M. – Lansing Old, 607 Lowell Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, for new additions
8:00 P.M. – Concord Masonic Corp., 58 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, to replace windows
8:05 P.M. – Archstone Builders LLC, 5A Barretts Mill Road Lot C4, Barrett Farm Historic District, for new construction
Other Business including but not limited to:
1. Minutes of the July 17 and August 7 meetings
2. Review of Photos and Additional Features to be added to the Updated HDC Guidelines
