Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.  At 7:30 P.M., unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled public hearings conclude.  This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

Continued Public Hearings:

Concord Cookware on behalf of Spaulding Management, 13 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for signage

David Mayer, 350 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, for fencing

Mark Engerman, 105 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for garage additions, fencing, paving, and retaining walls

Lisa Soleau, 252 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, for new garage and addition

New Public Hearings:

7:30 P.M. – Merry Hill Corporation, 48 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, for lighting

7:35 P.M. – Concord Firehouse LLC, 24-26-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for lighting and to amend rear door design

7:40 P.M. – Erin & Rich Cummings, 47 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, for new windows, fencing, and paint

7:45 P.M. – Diane C. Nordin, 140 Monument Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, for new windows

Other Business including but not limited to:

1.      Minutes of the July 17 meeting
2.      Review of Photos and Additional Features to be added to the Updated HDC Guidelines
