Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.  

Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.  At 7:30 P.M., unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled public hearings conclude.  This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

Continued Public Hearings

Concord Art Association, 37 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, for new signage

Archstone Builders LLC on behalf of Robert L. Brett, Trustee of the Exempt Trust and Nonexempt Trust, and Amy L. Domini, Trustee of the Brett Concord Nominee Realty Trust and the Mary. B Davis Trust, 445 Lowell Road (Parcel 1607-3), Barrett Farm Historic District, for new home construction on a new house lot (Parcel 1607-3)

Phil Ruggiero on behalf of Concord Firehouse, LLC, 24-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for installation of new ramp, doors, windows, handrails, lighting, and signage

New Public Hearing:

7:30 P.M. – Chip Orcutt, 30 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, to replace window sashes and jamb liners.
