7:30 p.m. Site Plan Review under Zoning Bylaw Section 11.8 to consider the application of Middlesex School to construct a new student residence hall including related site work and improvements on the school’s main campus at 1400 Lowell Road (Parcel 1533).
7:45 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Jill & Mark Engerman for a Special Permit, under Sections 7.2 and 11.6, for work within the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 105 Walden Street.
8:00 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Normandy Concord Acquisition LLC, amendment of an existing Special Permit and Site Plan Approval under Sections 7.2., 7.5, 7.7, 22.214.171.124, 7.7.3, 126.96.36.199, 11.6, and 11.8 of the Zoning Bylaw to allow the construction of a 3-story extended stay hotel at 320 Baker Avenue (Parcels 3794-1 and 3794-1-2).
