Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. At 7:30 P.M., unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled public hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

Boynton Brennan Builders, 310 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, demolition of existing house and construction of a new house

New Public Hearing:
7:30 P.M. – Town of Concord, 9B Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, for removal and restoration of stonewalls, for installation of new stairs, and widening the sidewalk at Heywood Meadow.
7:35 P.M. – Marcia Rasmussen on behalf of the Town of Concord, 449 Barretts Mills Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, for relocation and installation of new doors and windows, removal of garage doors, and paving.
7:40 P.M. – Concord Art Association, 37 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, for new signage.
7:45 P.M. – Phil Ruggiero on behalf of Concord Firehouse, LLC, 24-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, for installation of new ramp, doors, windows, handrails, lighting, and signage.
