7:00 p.m. Public Hearing & Recommendation to the Board of Appeals:
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the application by James E. Canty for 24 Commonwealth Avenue Associates, LLC for a Special Permit under Zoning Bylaw Sections 4.5.4 and 11.6, for a restaurant greater than 4,000 square feet within the West Concord Village District at 24 and 4B Commonwealth Avenue. The Planning Board will also discuss its recommendation to the Board of Appeals on the application by James E. Canty for 24 Commonwealth Avenue Associates, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Zoning Bylaw Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 11.6 and 11.8, for alterations to a nonconforming structure and use, and for relief from parking requirements at 24 and 4B Commonwealth Avenue.
