Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.  

Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.  At 7:30 P.M., unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled public hearings conclude.  This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion.  Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

Continued Public Hearings

Hart Associates Architects on behalf of Forest Berkley, 41 Monument Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, demolish existing carriage house, construct new carriage house, and new lighting

Jack & Melissa McBride, 398 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, new paint colors, doors, storm windows, garage door, fencing, paving, lighting, decking, and for the removal of shutters and granite posts

Boynton Brennan Builders, 310 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, demolition of existing house and construction of a new house

New Public Hearing:

7:30 P.M. – Susan M. Dee, 37 Bedford Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, new fencing and walkway

7:35 P.M. – Green Velvet Gardens, LLC on behalf of George Chambers, 532 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, removal of existing deck and construction of new patio and wall

7:40 P.M. – Merry Hill Corporation, Inc. on behalf of Jurgen Demisch, 48 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, new paint and alterations to rear entrance at the Colonial Inn

Other Business including but not limited to:
