Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at 7:30 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.  

Continued Public Hearings:
No continued hearings at this time

New Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. - TD Bank, 59 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, install new HVAC/mechanical equipment

7:35 P.M. - Diana Seremet on behalf of Paul Denisevich, 9 Independence Court, Main Street Historic District, install new signage

7:40 P.M. - Jason Bond on behalf of Concord Firehouse LLC, 24 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, install new signage

7:45 P.M. - Astrum Solar on behalf of Sandra Folk, 181 Lowell Road, Main Street Historic District, install new solar panels

7:50 P.M. - Nea & Peter Glenn, 388 Lowell Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, install new windows

7:55 P.M. - Hart Associates Architects on behalf of Forest Berkley, 41 Monument Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, demolish existing carriage house, construct new carriage house, and new lighting

8:00 P.M. - Jack & Melissa McBride, 398 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, new paint colors, doors, storm windows, garage door, fencing, paving, lighting, decking, and for the removal of shutters and granite posts
