The Town of Concord Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting for new hearings at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts, on petitions for variances, applications for special permits, comprehensive permits or appeals from decisions of the Building Inspector.

7:30 P.M. – Beth Brownlow for a Renewal of a Special Permit, under Sections 184.108.40.206 and 11.6, for a Special Home Occupation at 414 Powder Mill Road.
7:35 P.M. – Judy Omobono, on behalf of Middlesex School, for a Renewal of a Special Permit, under Sections 5.4.5 and 11.6, for temporary accessory use of up to five tents during Alumni Weekend in May and Parents Weekend in October at 1400 Lowell Road.
7:40 P.M. – Benjamin J. Elliott for a Renewal of a Special Permit, under Sections 220.127.116.11, 5.3.7, 5.3.11 and 11.6, for a Special Home Occupation to offer small group cooking classes that may include the sale of farm products associated with the Saltbox Farm at 40 Westford Road.

8:05 P.M. – Stephen Hart, on behalf of Forrest Berkley, for a Special Permit, under Sections 6.2.7, 6.2.11, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.5, and 11.6, to reconstruct a nonconforming structure and use, to allow relief from side yard setback requirements, and relief from height limit requirements at 41 Monument Street.
8:10 P.M. – Evan & Mara Ricker for a Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.5, and 11.6, to reconstruct, extend, alter, or change a nonconforming structure within the White Pond Advisory Area, so that the new structure is more than fifty percent greater than the gross floor area of the existing structure at 104 Bolton Street.
8:15 P.M. – Marcia Rasmussen, on behalf of the Town of Concord, for a Special Permit, under Sections 5.3.8 and 11.6, to convert existing structure at the McGrath Farmstead from a single-family residence to a two-family residence to provide lodging for farm employees at 449 Barretts Mill Road.
