Canty for 24 Commonwealth Avenue Associates, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 4.5.4, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.7.2.2, 7.7.2.7, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for a restaurant greater than 4,000 square feet within the West Concord Village District, for alterations to a nonconforming structure and use, and for relief from parking requirements at 24 and 4B Commonwealth Avenue.
