7:00 p.m. Site Plan Review: pursuant to its review procedures under Zoning Bylaw
Sections 7.9 and 11.8 to consider the application of Kearsarge Concord, LLC to allow the construction of a solar photovoltaic (PV) facility on the closed municipal landfill located at 755 Walden Street, Parcel 4039.
7:30 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: application of Trinity Episcopal Church of Concord for a Special Permit and/or Variance and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 22.214.171.124, 11.6, 11.7 and 11.8.7, to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a nonconforming use and structures, and for relief from parking requirements associated with a religious use at 81 Elm Street and 18 River Street.
Also to be discussed:
1. Consideration of an Approval Not Required plan, land of The Julia W. O’Connor 2008 Trust and RHMB LLC at 70 & 106 Simon Willard Road.
