Wellness – The COA’s Wellness Program is under direction of a nurse/coordinator. The program consists of clinics, consultations and educational programs designed to support healthy aging. Clinics include blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring and other special clinics such as the yearly flu immunization.

Educational programs include numerous topics such as identifying hearing, sight, memory loss, nutrition and osteoporosis, just to name a few. There is also a monthly diabetes support group run by a registered dietician.
Bone Density Testing
Fitness – Because of its commitment to healthy aging, the COA offers regular exercise classes. Monday and Thursday mornings both aerobics and strength and flexibility classes are offered. Thursday afternoon a Tai Chi class is available as well as Yoga at 7 pm. On Friday join us for our Tone With Weights class or Yoga at noon.
