The Town of Concord is conducting a community health assessment, which will be used to identify ways to improve the quality of life in Concord. In this initiative, health is defined broadly, and is not limited to access to health care or absence of disease. This brief survey is the first step in identifying some of the issues that affect the health of people who live and work in Concord. Later surveys and discussions will provide a deeper understanding of these concerns.
