The Board Regretfully Acknowledges the Death of Ann Wetherbee on 11/18/2006 at the age of 89 years old. Mrs. Wetherbee was the survivor of Leonard J Wetherbee, SR., who retired as an inspector with the Concord Police Department in 1983 with 23 years of service.
