Rate Schedule - PPA - Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Clause
The Purchased Power Adjustment Clause calculated pursuant to this rate schedule is applicable to all energy delivered by the Concord Municipal Light Plant (the "CMLP"), other than the energy supplied for municipal street and private area lighting service. The prices for the above energy assume a base cost for power supply of $0.06037 per kWh. Revenue adjustments are made through the PPA factor to reflect the difference between the actual cost of power supply and the base cost. The PPA factor is applied, as required, in order to equate actual power supply costs with revenues collected through the base rate while maintaining a reserve balance to cover short term power supply costs fluctuations.
Rate Schedule - NYPA - NYPA Power Cost Adjustment Clause
So long as the Power Authority of the State of New York ("NYPA") makes electric power and energy available to the Concord Municipal Light Plant ("CMLP") the NYPA Power Cost Adjustment Clause factor (the "NPCA") shall be calculated pursuant to this rate schedule and will be applicable to all energy sold by CMLP to residential customers.
The CMLP will calculate the savings resulting from the use of NYPA power and energy each month and pass the savings along to residential customers through the NPCA.
