Protect yourself against Tick and Mosquito bites
Tick Bite Prevention

Checking for ticks and prompt removal of attached ticks is probably the most effective method of prevention.

Deer ticks can be the size of a sesame seed (adult) or as small as poppy seed (nymph).

Personal protective behaviors, including avoidance and reduction of time spent in tick-infested areas, using protective clothing and tick repellents, checking the entire body for ticks, and promptly removing ticks  are effective methods in preventing Lyme Disease.

Reduce your exposure to mosquitos, limit the amount of time you and your family spend outdoors in the early morning and evening hours when mosquitoes are most active.  Wear long sleeve clothing, and use bug repellant.  Check your yard for standing water to reduce breeding areas.
