Mary Anne Mortenson, Administrator

| Mary Anne received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Connecticut State University in Willimantic and her Masters in Human Service Management from Worcester State College. She has had her social work license in Massachusetts since 1992. She has over twenty years of experience working with elders in hospitals, nursing homes and in community settings. She has been the administrator of the Concord COA since January of 2000. |
Lori Kalinoski, Program Supervisor 
| Lori has a Associate degree in Social Work and many certificates in gerontology and related topics. She also has many years of expereince working with seniors in various settings. Lori supervises the Wellness, Volunteer, Outreach and Activities programs. Lori has been with the COA since October 2005. |
Shirley Conradt, Administrative Assistant 
| Shirley has worked for the COA for almsot 15 years and has enjoyed every minute of interacting with and supporting the seniors of Concord. Shirley is responsible for payroll, maintaining personnel records, duties associated with the Council on Aging and Harvey Wheeler Community center. Shirley enjoys the variety and challenges that the position entails. "No two days are ever the same". |

Pat Boudrot, Office Assistant 
| Pat received her Associate degree from Fisher Jr. College in Boston. She worked for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company for five years as an Administrative Secretary, left to get married and had five children. After the kids were in high school, it was back to work! Pat worked for 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation at several different locations. She retired from DEC for a few years and then thought it would be nice to work part time in her senior years. Pat says "I'm loving every minute at the Council on Aging." |
Susan Hoole, Wellness Coordinator 
| Susan graduated from Boston Children's Hospital School of Nursing. She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. Susan is also certified in both Holistic nursing and Healing Touch. She has done many types of nursing; hospitals, nursing homes, school, Littleton COA as well as annual volunteer work in Honduras. Susan is excited about her postion as Wellness Coordinator. |
Muffie FitzPatrick, Outreach Coordinator 
| Muffie was born and raised in Concord and is pleased to be working in her "home town". Muffie retired in Nov. 2006 from state service as a Social Worker/Case Manager for the Dept. of Transitional Assistance. During her 29 years with the Commonwealth she carried a Family Caseload and worked with homeless families. After being retired for six months she heard of the Outreach job with the Concord COA and applied. Now in her 4th month on the job Muffie is still learning but loves her work and looks forward to meeting many seniors and reconnecting with some of her Concord acquaintances. |
Virginia McCoubrey, Program Coordinator 
| Jini McCoubrey spent some years planning and escorting high school students on local and European expeditions. Since April 2004 Jini has been planning programs and trips for the COA. Her Wayne University degree in English literature and a Library Science degree from Simmons College have provided a range of interests to draw upon in creating stimulating activities for seniors in Concord. |

| Jim Gentile has been the Building Maintenance Custodian for the Harvey Wheeler Community Center for 18 years. He came to this job after working in the hotel industry for several years both at the Sheraton, Boxborough and the Sheraton 4 Points in Leominster. Although Jim's major responsibility is caring for the community center building, he is always ready to help seniors, too. He drives the van in a pinch, helps decorate for COA parties, delivers durable equipment to seniors who can't pick it up and much more! Jim is a valuable member of the COA team. |

| Neil was a pressmen for a printing company for 40 years and then a custodian for a church before coming to the COA. Neil grew up and has lived in Massachusetts all his life. He enjoys antique vehicles and going to camp in Maine. He is married with two young daughters. |
