VOTED: No person shall paint, put upon or in any manner affix to any fence, tree, pole, rock, or other object which is the property of another in any of the public places or ways in said Town any words, signs, placards, advertisements, or posters, without first obtaining the written consent of the owner of such fence, tree, pole, rock or other object.
