VOTED: that the Town adopt the following bylaw:
All persons in the Town of Concord having private trash pickup may not put out said trash for pickup on their property, within six feet of the traveled way or the Town right-of-way, more than twenty-four hours prior to the date of pickup by the contractor, and the empty containers must be removed within twenty-four hours after said pickup.
